Custom Pilates Grip Socks For Zara

We received the email request from Zara in the early morning. Due to the time difference, we did not open theemail until three hours later. I think if Zara was an impatient girl, she might have placed the order on another website by now. After all, three hours is too long for shopping.

I read Zara’s email carefully. Maybe it was because of the first email, Zara did not provide a detailed description or pictures of the yoga grip socks she wanted to customize, so we were unable to produce an accurate design
draft.

I immediately replied to the email and asked Zara about the length and color of the socks she wanted to order, as well as the logo and text she wanted to add to the socks.

Ten minutes later I received her email reply, she answered my question accurately and attached a picture of socks . It was a pair of white NIKE sports socks inlaid with sparkling rhinestones.Very stunning, no lady who loves sports will refuse this pair of beautiful socks.

Zara said she wanted to make a similar pair of white sports socks, with irregular rhinestones on the calf and a heart-shaped grip pattern on the sole.

We have many years of experience in sock manufacturing and we know that it would be a huge challenge to solve the problem of how to make the rhinestones stick firmly to the socks and not fall off after multiple washes. After discussion, we believe we have the ability to overcome this difficulty. The designer began to design according to the description in Zara’s email.

That evening, I received an email update from Zara. She said she had just finished class and had seen our design.

She was very satisfied, but still wanted to make some minor adjustments: she wanted the heart grip smaller and a rhinestone-shaped butterfly added.

She politely asked if these modifications would mean extra work for me, adding that she was still a university student and probably wouldn’t order a large quantity of socks, and hoped we wouldn’t mind her small order.

She also sent me her WhatsApp number, letting me know I could contact her via WhatsApp and that she would respond quickly.

Zara has a great aesthetic, and the design draft looks even better after being revised according to her requirements.We both like this design.

Zara plans to buy 100 pairs of socks. At the same time, she requires that we take photos and videos of the first pair of socks for her to confirm before we can continue to produce the remaining 99 pairs.

Although this presented a challenge for us, we had to stop the machines and wait for Zara’s confirmation before continuing production. Both the machines and the workers remained stationary, awaiting her instructions.

She promised to confirm the order as quickly as possible, without keeping the workers waiting for too long. A detail-oriented woman, she insisted on receiving her confirmation at every step to ensure no errors were made.

Ultimately, I agreed to her proposal. Then Zara asked for socks price and delivery time.

The socks Zara wanted were extremely time-consuming to make. The diamonds had to be hand-applied and secured against dislodging during washing. We also noticed that Nike socks on Etsy.com were selling for $16 / pair, and they didn’t have the heart-shaped grip.

Ultimately, Zara accepted our offer of $7 per pair with free shipping. I told her we could offer a better price with a larger order. The sample took five days to make, Then three days to produce 100 pairs, and four days for shipping. Zara was very satisfied with the timeline.Then Zara completed the payment through PayPal

Three days after payment, we produced three pairs of samples. Zara only needed one pair for approval, so why did we produce three? We needed to test three different glues to find the strongest glue for attaching the rhinestones.

Ultimately, we chose the most expensive, but most effective glue. The rhinestones adhered with this glue remained remarkably strong even after three washes, drying, and rewashing. I then took photos and a video and sent it to Zara via WhatsApp. She was very satisfied with the video and told us to proceed with production of the remaining 99 pairs of socks.

Over the next two days, we finished knitting 120 pairs of socks, attaching the rhinestones, and making the grips. White socks are prone to stains during the production process, so we had to produce 120 pairs and then select the best 100 pairs to send to Zara.

In the end, we had 106 pairs of perfect socks. I gave the extra six pairs to Zara for free. Each pair was packaged in a transparent PP bag. After confirming photos and videos via WhatsApp, we delivered the Zara socks to DHL.

Zara received the socks four days later and was very satisfied. Her classmates also loved our socks, saying they were more comfortable, even more comfortable than the $16 pair of Nikes.

I appreciate their recognition. In fact, our socks use better materials than Nike and have a thickened terry design on the soles, making the socks softer, sweat-absorbent and breathable. Our socks deserve better praise than Nike socks.

Zara has promised to give us more orders soon. We look forward to that day!
